I've decided to start double-posting to blogger AND livejournal

What it says.

First entry: regarding my family's recent trip to Rancho Mirage (Palm Springs), California, for what could liberally be called "family therapy". If you know me, you know why we went and what exactly I mean by that. It was a sucktastic last-week-of-summer, but I made myself have some good times.

So I finally uploaded my California pictures, such as they are. And it's my last day of summer. I do not want to go back to school. I'll have to face the reality of not having worked on scholarships or college applications yet.

And, oh, yeah, I saw Fight Club last night, and I much liked it.

Thus begins our photo tour of Trench's trip to Rancho Mirage, California. Subaru and Folken went with me, originally to be photo-fodder all over the city, but I got pretty damn lazy once we got to California, and cameras were not allowed in the center anyway. You all know you want to look.

A view of my front yard on a particularly beautiful day.

The boys are all ready to go.

Subaru and Neko-san, chilling on my dashboard.

Driving along I-10. I love my profile so much.

Dad and Rachel, confused.

I was trying to get Subaru high on the gas fumes.

The view from the gas station. I likes me those clouds.

The Colorado River. YAY WE ARE IN CALIFORNIA.

Driving into a valley. The photograph does it no justice.

He won't be able to eat like that when he's thirty.

Subaru enjoys some spinach dip at the restaurant. My family

thinks I am insane.

Mom and Dad. I love the look on Dad's face. I truly am his

daughter.

Rachel and me, showing the love. We're related, seriously.

My corner of the hotel room, of which all of you are

jealous.

And, at this point, I got lazy and took no pictures until we drove back a week later. I'm a world-class photographer.

AAAAAAAAH SNAKE.

The rest stop looked nice.

ZOMG I LOVE MONSOON SEASON.

I'm back in Arizona yay.

They're getting along fine, kids.

Sisters. Yay.

The sign says "339th Ave", and if you live in the valley, you

appriciate how far west this is.

Yay we're back in Phoenix.

I've got nine days to finish my story entry. I should not be wasting time on formatting images. Fork.

I don't understand why my domain hates certain people. I should start using Photobucket for this.

I'm glad your domain likes me. I love the pictures. My parents thought I was insane when I took Dilandau to NASA. It's not my fault he wanted to see the rockets.

Double-posting seems to reach more people. I've been doing it for... a month or two now.

<3 the icon.

Dilandau went to NASA. That makes me happy.

Awesome pictures. Folken and Subaru look like they got some serious abuse.

Go double-posting! I did it for awhile, but I just don't put anything worthwhile in any journal, so too much too much.

I write too much. That's the problem.

They did get abused.
